Around March 21st each year is the vernal or northern hemisphere spring equinox, one of two balanced daylight and nighttime dates every year.
One of my favorite traditions on each equinox and solstice is to get outside and see/smell/feel/hear the earth.
Being pregnant during this time of year can be exhilarating! Springtime celebrates fertility, growth, rebirth, actual birth, beauty, blooming, romance, new families, and all things feminine and pretty really! 🙂
If you are feeling nervous or concerned during your pregnancy, try spending some time outside meditating. Go look at daffodils and tulips! Enjoy a nice sunny day, if you can catch one 😉
